Due to tenant complaints received in the office, we must enforce some rules regarding children playing outside at Orchard Court Apartments.

to play in the grassy area by the apple trees at the northeast side of the
complex.
Please make sure that your children know and follow the rules below when playing outside:
Children should not be
riding bicycles, skateboards, scooters or skates in the breezeways or through
the breezeway areas. Be careful on sidewalks when people are present.
Children should not play
in the breezeways or run up and down the stairs or play on the upper decks.
The children should not be playing in breezeways. They should be quiet as
they come and go from their own apartments because the sounds carry and are
disturbing to other tenants.
Children should play quietly when around the buildings so that they do not disturb other tenants. PLEASE NO SCREAMING OR SHOUTING NEAR THE BUILDINGS.
Parents, please supervise your children. We are concerned about the safety and welfare of the children. We are also concerned that tenants are not disturbed by children who do not follow the rules stated above.
