There is a $10.00 non-refundable application fee.
A $100 deposit is also required with the application. The deposit will hold the apartment and will be applied to the security deposit if the applicant is approved. If the applicant is denied, the deposit will be refunded.
If the applicant decides not to move in after the application has been approved, the deposit will not be refunded.
